CRS aspires to be a truly global organization and provide consistent onboarding to new employees regardless of their geographical location. The onboarding site is intended to be an easy to navigate, clear, informative and welcoming onboarding reference before, during and after the onboarding life cycle of an employee. The website provides a welcome at the agency level and offers helpful “need to know” information in a compelling, visually pleasing format. As a result, Information is accurately and easily conveyed to new staff, so they start their new positions with confidence and tools ready for success and can spend their time working to advance our mission.
There are various multiple steps in the website design and development process. From collecting initial information and requirements, through releasing the website to the client, a lot takes place in between before the big launch. Sketching from the information gathered up to the design stage, we proposed the look and feel of the onboarding website. We collaborated and worked together with the CRS’s creative and digital teams, exchanging valuable knowledge and ideas, until we arrived at the final design for the site. Then, we developed it.
The launch of the new website was very smooth, and our team delivered on-time and on-budget. It was well received by the internal teams and agency leadership right after we deployed.
